Lee from The Mastic Guys came out to see me yesterday as we had a really bad leak from poor sealing around our bathtub. It’s been happening for a while and was dripping into the room below. I called Lee after reading several reviews and he gave me a quote based on some pictures I sent to him. Once he got here, the very next day as it was an emergency, he said the issue was way more serious. Normally at this point you expect the worst, and the price to start rising and all the old tricks of the trade to start, but nothing of the sort happened. Lee explained the problem and said to leave it to him and he would sort it for me. He was here for about 2 hours and when my Mrs and I went to look at the work he’d done we were over the moon. He advised us on what we needed to do moving forward and he left the.bath and sink looking amazing. He was also the cleanest builder I’ve EVER dealt with. I told Lee that as I thought he’d gone above and beyond what he thought he was coming to do for us, he should charge more, but he wouldn’t let me and he stuck to the original quoted price. I will definitely be using The Mastic Guys again and I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for this service. Thanks for everything Lee. Service: Repair water fixtures

I had a leaking shower tray where the mastic had failed due to poor installation. Phoned Lee and he answered the phone right away (on a Sunday). Came in a few days and fixed the problem and explained why it had happened. Very professional and very knowledgeable about all things to do with sealant for baths and showers. Lee made a first class job of it and he was a pleasure to do business with him. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Service: Shower refinishing
