I have always placed (no pun intended) a telephone order and collected. I always rang ahead in advance so the food is ready when I get there, yet I still have to sit and wait when I arrive. The food is ready in the timescale they tell me it is but then because there is a queue of people waiting to place new orders you have to wait 20 minutes longer than necessary and watch your food being kept warm it the cabinet until its your turn in the queue.

I had noticed how busy the store was last Friday. So, yesterday I purchased a pork curry and pancake roll. Unfortunately, it was the worst Chinese curry I have eaten and the two pancake rolls were a third of the size I used to be offered. At £3.10, they were a total rip-off! Will not be making a return visit.

If you call yourself “master chippy” you should be able to make chips..last two times have been vile .thick,raw in the middle hard outside and saturated in fat ..fish ?the minnow I got was dripping with oil with rock hard batter ( more batter than fish)gave the benefit of doubt after 1st time …..it’s gone downhill👎 P.S…..tried again last week ..oil saturated hard batter on tiny cod..chips over cooked outside raw inside so no better…and 40 mins late delivery ,arrived cold after being driven around on a tour of fareham !!woman on phone abrupt….Wont be going back.

Bought a cheese burger and large chips with some curry sauce. The cheese burger tasted like NOTHING! Like, really, nothing. Chips portion was MASSIVE. Honestly cannot put into words how much there was. Made me laugh. But they were good and the curry sauce is perfect. That cheeseburger though. WOW! That was seriously the worst cheeseburger I think I have ever had.
