    Tried calling - Number not in use. Tried emailing them - nothing. Tried their FB page - nothing. Its been over an hour and half and the order is still in the "preparation stage" per their website. Accidents and isolated incidents happen. But you cannot run a delivery service *without* something as fundamentally basic as a working phone or customer contact system. (Update: The food arrived 5 minutes later. It was hot. It was well cooked. tasted good. But the wait (they advise 45mins and we were over double that) & the lack of contact (No telephone number is a red flag), meant we already ordered elsewhere and ended up with two takeouts... Have revised initial score from 1 star to 3 stars. Food good, but the telephone and delay thing is not great)

    So first thing is 1 negative, we did wait a long time past our eta time, I called and was told not long then again and told a few minutes. Maybe pause online orders while its so busy........ HOWEVER when our food arrived if was hot, huge portions, tasty and cooked to perfection! The delivery driver was very nice and apologised for the delay. We are human and understand its Christmas and its good you are very busy. It was well worth the wait though ✋ 😊 xxxx

    Used to be our favourite takeaway but recently weve waited longer and longer for our deliveries. Ordered at 9pm tonight and waited until 10:30pm before calling the restaurant. No one answered the phone after multiple times. Went round to the place and they had closed early without delivering our food. I would like a refund please :(

    This used to be our favourite take away and fully understood why they received the award they did. However we ordered tonight and the food took over 2 hours to come. The food is completely different to the many times we’ve ordered before and things were missing from the order. We will not be ordering from here again

    Absolutely gutted to of been completely let down tonight. I've ordered many many times from here and always had great service and outstanding food but tonight has been a massive disappointment. I ordered direct through the website, ordered was accepted as many times before after an hour I gave them a call to be told that they had my order and it would be on its way soon. After another 30 minutes I track the order online which stated my order had been delivered but I still not had any food. I try to call again to only get an answer machine so I leave a message. After going back on the Web site it had updated to the takeaway being closed until 5pm the next day. I decided to drive to the shop to find it in darkness, Payment has been taken and a claim on the web my order had been delivered. I hope to receive a full refund.

    This is the worst takeaway in Tamworth. I read that they had received an award so tried to order 2 weeks ago through justeat...after waiting an hour the restaurant cancelled my order. I gave them a second chance tonight and downloaded there app. I ordered at 5.11 to be delivered at 6.05, its now 8.00 and I still haven't received the order. I have called the restaurant 3 times and every time they have said its on the way...be there soon. They have totally ruined my night. I advise you don't use this takeaway as they are totally unreliable. Now for trying to get my money back!!!

    I came to stay in near hotel and decided to order food cause of good reviews , I had to call 4 times, no one answered for first three times, 4th time, the guy Manam, said order online, I chosen few dishes , but couldn’t do online payment near £40 called the takeaway to order on phone, the guy was very rude, sarcastic and did not understand my order properly, he didn’t know the hotel address and said he’s new , when it came to payment he said we sent you a text,I told him Iv not received any text, he started behaving rude, persuading that I had text and I’m not checking my phone properly, I have explained several times that my phone is on speaker and I’m checking I have not received any text message, he’s become loud and disrespectful, that you might not have good phone or checking it (I was using iphone11 pro max) my children could hear him, I asked him to behave himself and pass the phone to his manager, he flipped and said I’m the manager, he would not pass the phone to anyone else, At the end of 10 mins dispute Iv decided to cancel the order and hang the phone down, I would not recommend or order food from here again,
