Absolutely dreadful Sunday lunch pile of mixed up veg looked like leftovers ready for the bin. Root veg over cooked and dried out roast potatoes with skin on and again like leftovers. Never to go there again don't waste your money not even the offer of a refund.

Not happy at all. The staff were very rude, unfriendly and unwilling to help.

At an event here and they were a bit stiff on the spirit to mixer ratio and woudnt accept cash at the bar. Wasn’t even allowed to smoke out the back and not allowed to take glasses outside. One of the bouncers was a g but the women was rude and took my friends ID when it wasn’t even fake. They seemed more concerned about their other guests and were even asking us to be quiet hours before the end of the part and then kicked us all out . You get better hospitality in North Korea compared to this.

Had a party there last night. Service was beyond terrible. The staff were so unwilling to help and seemed to be very keen to get people out. Drinks were poor, hospitality was poor. would recommend thinking twice when considering coming to this place.

Got 2 take away Sunday dinners (£15ish each), one beef one turkey, menu says comes with yorkshires, roast potatoes and veg. After an hour someone called me and said they had no beef what would we like to swap it for… so we said lamb. Another hour later food arrived (I’m starving at this point it’s been 2 hours) it’s 2 small styrofoam boxes… one has one piece of chicken and 4 potatoes one carrot and one parsnip. The other has a piece of pork, A few barely cooked potatoes, one carrot and one parsnip. So niether meat we ordered (even tho they called and confirmed we wanted lamb?) and half the dinner missing (honestly most gutted about the lack of Yorkshire’s). The ‘gravy’ it’s in, is some cold watery dribble running rond the bottom of the box. Generally just awful. Food is cold and unedible. The guy I had a winge to on the phone to be fair was lovely and offered us a free roast next Sunday, but honestly I’d rather eat a Tesco ready meal. Thanks anyway 👋🏻
