My wife spent 3 years at this care home. Found guilty on 4 counts of abuse and neglect by Bedfordshire Safeguarding team in 2019. The most arrogant management who think they cannot do no wrong. Pathetic care by totally out of their depth nurses and carers. Don't believe a word they say. They make up lies to cover up their inability to look up residents safely. Do not send your loved one here. Just about to issue Court proceedings against this care home citing Management for their lies and Therapy management for their total give up attitude to my wife. They were a complete disgrace to the fact of claiming they looked after people with neurological problems. Disgusting.

My dad was here temporarily for 3 months, the care he received was amazing and on top level. All personel very polite and very well trained. The facilities were clean and cosy. My dad is very impressed with the experience he received at Marbrook Centre.
