    Best bit about the stay at The Marble Hotel London was upon check out and leaving, hands down the worst place I've stayed in London. We only stayed one night, checked in and first room had a leak and drip from ceiling above, they moved up, next room the telly didn't work (this was 11:30 at night) then finally at 11:45 at night we got moved to an ok room, when paying £312 you expect better service and rooms, the place is dated and shocking, the in room phones didn't even work I had to use my mobile to call them. They all spend more time stood talking and smoking than actually working, the offer of having some money back would have been nice or a food voucher but nothing came of it. I wouldn't let me pets stay here let alone me. Stay clear if you want to ruin your trip with an over priced hotel, the rooms don't look like they do online anymore.

    The Montcalm at Marble Arch was under renovation? when I visited London in March, 2023, so I stayed here instead. The Marble Arch London isn't exactly The Montcalm, but excellent nevertheless. The room was clean and spacious, you get enough condiments like tea and sparkling water, and the reception was polite and friendly. They also managed to call up a taxi on a Friday night when it was raining, which I find most hotels to have difficulty. If you are looking for a hotel near Marble Arch, look no further.
