I am a wellness specialist and holistic chef I went to Mandrake hotel to try the spiritual brunch. I am lactose /gluten intolerant also I cannot have grains plus vegetarian . The menu is not innovative for a 5 star hotel I cannot call even a 1 star brunch the chef need to learn about basic nutrition because buckwheat isn’t a grain ok he sent something else when I request that the food taste bad the only descent things was the olives he could gives a pistachio or beetroot butter something creative the presentation the gluten free bread was the worst I had in my life . The waitress was arrogant the mini tarot card was disappointing. I want a refund because I didn’t eat anything.

A fancy bar. A bit of a struggle at entrance. But inside is very trendy, very stylish, younger crowd. Awesome music vibe. Drinks and cocktails are some of the best made. Pricey. The winter garden is great to talk, but if you are a non smoker, can be a bit annoying.

My friends and I came here to have a drink. The service was outrageous. They hardly had any customers but still took well over 30 minutes to take our order. Our last resort was to actually go up to the bar to order directly. After a very long time, we had to go back up again to ask where our glasses of water and drinks were. Along with our drinks we received the bill, we asked for the service charge to be removed as the service had been appalling. We were then told that our table was booked and we needed to leave! Surprising when the bar was probably 20% full. This was also at the point where our drinks had just arrived. With £20 a cocktail and awful service, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
