My company booked me the Mandolay hotel as it have good reputation within Guildford. First impressions were good. I only had an issue that my shower didn’t had pressure so it was making my life uncomfortable after long days working I just wanted a good shower and sleep. Went to reception and Arwin didn’t question or doubt my concern and change me to a new room within minutes and now with a good pressure on the shower which made my week smooth. The rooms are very well presented with good mattresses and plug next to the bed which is always a plus!! My company always use this hotel and I will be coming in the next couple of weeks.

Food & drinks: See above - had the afternoon tea Would have liked the option to change sandwich fillings at time of booking perhaps? Im not allergic just a bit fussy with fillings! Scones and cakes lovely though

Great place for a wedding reception which we attended with good night sleep. Showers have big head and is very soothing . Even a Nespresso drink free on leaving .
