Never again! Talk about slowwwww, and the food just is'nt value for money either - take the chips for example . . An embarassing few on the plate, for a sum of £3.29, you get double the fries in a McDonalds for more than half the price, and if you paid £3.29 for a portion of chips from a chip shop, you'd be carrying them out with both hands! Guess we are in a period of being exploited by various companies

Terrible. 5 of us went on Wednesday the 17th May at 5.30pm. We live very close and had not been for a while so we said its time we went back and we wish we didn't bother. After ordering our food the lady came back to apologised to say they were not serving mixed grills or the flame grill combo even though the food items were available on other meal choices. We were looking at other options and my daughter was looking at the steak sampler or a normal steak on its own. At this point the chef shouted out very loudly and angrily to the staff saying who has put a steak sampler on an order. The staff looked shocked and the chef then shouted well its common sense if we are not doing mixed grills we are not doing the steak sampler. At which point i had to raise my voice from the table to say its not common sense as you serve all cuts of steaks that are available so why would it not be and clearly the staff were just as confused. We placed another order but shortly after decided that we did not trust the meal was going to come out in a timely manor or cooked well due to the attitude of the chef. We quickly cancelled it due to the problems and was surprised we were charged for our 5 drinks that we left on the table anyway. Who ever was working in the kitchen was making it very clear they did not want to be working there in front of customers and very disrespectful to the staff. This person should not have a job.
