DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO ARGUE. I went to enquire about getting box braids and I was faced with this silly clown with a bad attitude/ bad wig. The owner apparently was not available so this fool was covering. Maybe I interrupted her lunch as the shop smelled of stale fish. A PIECE OF ADVICE FOR THE OWNER DONT LEAVE YOUR BUSINESS WITH BUMMY PEOPLE WITH NO PEOPLE SKILLS SHE COST YOU MONEY!!!!

The twists were unraveling from the second I left the salon. Went back they "fixed it", before getting home was already unraveling again. Really expensive poor results.

This salon is overpriced and definitely not worth the money I asked for 2 simple cornrows at first they started blowdrying my hair and pulling it about all over the place which was very painful I asked how much it was before I got there and then got told they would need to see my hair first and then told me when I was there that it is £40 which is ridiculous as I asked for a simple style the braids themselves are okay not the best but not the worst but so much gel was put into my hair it left it looking flaky over all I would definitely not be going back there especially for that price

The hairstyle i asked for was pretty simple and fairly basic, but she acted as though i hqd given her the most complex style ever and struggled thoroughly to complete it evem from the get-go. Now the end result isn't the WORST ever, as she got the mid parting right (which although very easy and basic, alot of people get it wrong and it's the most important part of any cornrows design) but as for everything else, it just seems a bit amateur. A bit messy and definitely not in symmetry at all. Bare messy too, waaaaay too many hairs sticking out. There's a lot of jagged lines, bumps and just overall blockiness. As i said this isn't the worst ever but not the greates either. If i were to have a friend or ky mum do my hair, this is what I'd expect to get but unfortunately for a professional hair salon this just isn't good enough. The person was polite and friendly, but i didn't come for customer service, i came for great hair braiding ajd unfortunately i left without that so i will not be returning again. Ever. The price of these cornrows is £40, which is overpriced too and i don't think i need to explain why on that one. 😄😁 (for those that don't know, at most these very simple cornrows go for a maximum of £30) Also, upon paying she said that she wants cash only (i offered to transfer the money but she declined). I didn't have cash so i went to go and find a cashpoint, but after walking around for 10-20mins to find one, i learnt that all of them were out of order so i came back and tild her she could either take transfer or I'll come back later.so To my surprise, it turns out they DO take transfers on a regular basis too, in fact they even have a WHOLE page dedicated to transfers where they have the business sort code and stuff ready for you. A full on page. So basically they werenjust lying cus they'd prefer cash but really transfer WAS an option after all. Service: Hairstyling
