A quick review update: (15 June 2021) Thanks again to Mark who came to see us to give us a product retrain (post covid restrictions). Once again, a professional and friendly approach seems to be the hallmark of The Magic Touch. Thanks Mark. Laura and Paul Spent the afternoon with these guys yesterday, having a live demonstration of the OKI Pro8432WT A3 white toner printer. Jim - the Managing Director - spent a good half hour with us and was really interested in everything we wanted to do with white toner printing and suggested so many more ideas that we hadn't even thought of. His level of knowledge of the industry is formidable. You really do get the feeling that he wants us to be as successful as we possibly can be. Thanks, Jim. On to the demonstration - Mark took over from here, and ran us through a general set of white/black garment printing. Software control of the printer. A quick internal tour of the printer. - Heat Press Application of the various Magic Touch Papers - Then hard surface printing and application. Foil Application and much more. Any time we had a question Mark was happy to answer it in as much detail as we wanted. Finally, we did a tour of the wide range of products that we could use in the future. Thanks, Mark. If anyone is thinking of buying a major product from The Magic Touch the live demonstration just nails everything down for you. Well worth the 2.5 hour drive down. Many Thanks Paul & Laura.

Their Glitter HTVs are faulty!. Impossible to workout. They dont accept it. You pay the return post, and they cut a 20% handling fee for the faulty product.
