Building is very nice - reception is great and people super helpful. The only problem is the management of the building and the energy suppliers they have chosen, which as a resident you don't have a say at. For example, insite energy has increased their prices to 54pkw (for heating) and 38 pkw standing charge! For context, just the standing charge is more than double of what other buildings pay for proper heating (17-20 range). As a resident, you have no option but to pay the bill. Also, the pool closes every now and then for maintanance. Since the last year I've been living here, it has remained closed for approximately 4 months.

Pool closed for 4 out of 12 months of tenancy with no warning. Agent JLL uncontactable and unresponsive to emails in last 2 months but happy to accept rent. Agent asked for £400 a month rent increase amid cost of living crisis claiming the landlord wants this but landlord is overseas. Avoid this agency just obsessed with money and do nothing for the tenant or fix their problems. half the flats empty

Avoid renting in this building. Bad design and engineering: the external fins rattle whenever there’s a bit of wind making noice; the building sways and the walls creak. Impossible to sleep. The building is a couple years old but the lifts are out of service often and hot water and heating is unreliable. The facilities like swimming pool and sauna have been closed due to leaks and will remain out of service until Aug 2023. The entrance of the building smells of decomposing rubbish. Most flats are owned by a company and hence the landlord is only interested in your money and won’t do anything to solve any issues you have.
