Took a MacBook Air 2011 that wasn't booting (stuck with three beeps, probably needs logicboard replaced). Spent the entire day then phoned me saying it was fixed but didn't say what was wrong, charged me £110. The laptop only worked for one week, then stopped again. Pointless. Waste of time and money.

I was having problems with a Brand new Gaming PC I Bought, so i rang this shop and spoke to them to discuss my problem which was intermittent black screen issue. I brang the PC down to the shop and plugged it in and proceeded to try and show them what i was talking about but the PC booted up fine all 3 times with no black screen issue but i knew the problem was still there and would come back, so ieft my PC with them to find the fault, later that same day i got a call from them saying that they are going to charge me £90 for a CPU Service which i told him i did not need or want because its a brand new PC and the Thermal paste is fine because it was checked before dropping the PC to them the day before coming to this shop. 5 days go passed with no communcation from them so i decided to go in and talk to them and they told me they didnt know what was wrong with it but if i wait 4 weeks there collegue would be able to fix it because he apparently knew more about Game PCs. so i said ill take it back and try somewhere else. when i got it home it wouldnt even turn on now... The DRAM Light on the motherboard stayed on solid when you would try start the PC. i then took the PC to another shop and we took it apart. we could see thermal paste on parts of the motherboard and then checked the CPU to see a ungodly amount of Paste on the CPU chip but the big shock was all the bent pins on the motherboard, this is why it would not even turn on This shop cost me £200+ to repair the damge they made. Long story short... Dont bring your expensive goods to this shop they do not have a clue what they are doing they are NOT professional and are dishonest, i later went back to show them what damaged they caused and was told the pins on the motherboard are meant to be like that.

Such a great shop, well priced and they don’t charge you for anything that doesn’t need to be done. Brought my laptop here for a repair after being quoted for a new screen and a chip from another shop, they only changed the screen and it’s working perfectly. Only took a couple of hours too!

Seems im not the only one but lies about warranty. Namely took in a Xbox series X which not only was not fixed, it was damaged during the process, so I had to take it to a professional to repair it properly. Damage made the Xbox in operable.

If you need a place to fix your mac. I highly recommend this shop. I broke my screen and it was fixed within 2 hours. Other shops told me it would take atleast a week. So if you need a same day repair, and friendly service, this is the place to go!

I took my macbook pro into the Mac Shop Chingford recently when it failed to power up, I suspected it needed a new battery. The guys in store were very quick to get back to me confirming this was indeed the case, they had a battery in stock and could fit it within a couple of hours at a very reasonable price, they also cleaned my laptop and even fixed a faulty space bar. I will definetely use again when I need a device repaired, would recommend.
