    I had a very good experience dealing with Macbook Response Centre/Creative IT. I had stressful situation and they provided seamless and efficient solution. My Macbook pro battery died midday Saturday and would not hold a charge. Creative IT was open on Saturday (a rarity from IT repair shops). Luckily they had the battery in stock, and one hour later I was fully functional. The customer service was exceptional. Transparent and fair pricing was fully explained before the repair started. Also they explained what would happen if the battery was not the problem (No fee) and the diagnostic process to assess if it was a logic-board issue. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I learned a lot about the data forensic services they are qualified to perform also - i was very impressed with thee services and technical sophistication they operated with. I had a great experience. It is much cheaper than replacing my laptop and my information.
