    Reached out to Simon earlier this week with a happy, friendly email requesting more information about himself and his services. To which, I did not receive so much as a ‘hi, thanks for your email’.. but just I’m full’. When I then replied thanking him for his friendly reply, I received an arrogant message telling me he doesn’t need my custom because he has ‘a 5 star license and 100’s of ‘desperate’ people wanting his services’. Being a business owner myself and dealing with inbound inquiries daily from potential clients, I’m astonished that someone with such status can’t even send a polite email back to potential customers and instead labelling them ‘desperate’. Extremely disappointed and shocked in the lack of professionalism. Advice- It takes 2 minutes to reply to customers, first impressions count.
