5 stars is definitely an understatement !!! I did not expect the amazing service and prompt response in the middle of the night. She took her time to send me pictures through whatsapp with detailed description so you know what you are getting and if what they have in inventory fits your needs, and she also helped with the code for the TSA lock that comes on the luggage itself. They delivered the luggage I selected at my hotel lobby in less than 3 hours after we had contact at 2AM because I needed it urgently and had my flight the following day. They’re open to deliver your suitcase at anytime you need it. Definitely recommended!!

Great experience with the Luggage Centre. I was visiting London when my suitcase broke 2 hours before my checkout time and as it was a Sunday morning, all other shops were closed. The luggage centre provided me all necessary information via WhatsApp and were able to deliver me a high quality case in 1.5hours for a reasonable price. Would recommend if you’re ever in an emergency and/or just needing a suitcase.

As my luggage exploded (with a loud POP) in the middle of the night before my flight ,I called “the luggage center” very stressed and requested a large suitcase ASAP They sent it to me within 2.5 hours, no service in the world does that!! They got to the apartment I was staying at and the lady was very kind and helpful even in the middle of the night, explaining to me about how to change the code on the lock and how to use it correctly. Thank you so much for such an amazing service, you saved me!!
