I would be very cautious with Dr Sarah as she is known around London to inject a lot of filler in the face. I did a view visits with her and tested her out. She particularly favours the chin area. Results are never truly good. Face moves weird in real life in real light. Lots of water retention. Had to get them dissolved with several visits elsewhere. Filler in the face is not a good idea for those “who know” unless it’s a very small amount and not the full face reconstruction she does. On top she suggested Kybella/Aqualix to melt the fat in the cheek area. Good docs would never suggest that. She also gives bad Rhinoplasty surgeon recommendation “Dr Saleh”. Be cautious as this surgeon is not in the top 5 long-standing ones in London. Which again resulted bad and need of revision. In terms of the devices to me they are all bogus and I wouldn’t touch them. She may be okay for some areas as she is an experienced hand In safely injecting filler but I do not think she has a good aesthetic eye. Do not give her carte blanche. Her YouTube has scaled her for sure and made her more popular but it’s all a bit smoke and mirrors. Her clinic has been for a long time the tiny room Inside another skin clinic for facials. I had profhilo with Dr Kishan 2 weeks ago. Honestly I’ve never seen my skin so hydrated and plump before. I felt no pain and he was super gentle and calming. I can’t wait for my next treatment.

Dr Kishan is the best I can ever ask. If possible I give more then 5⭐️ I have done some Botox and lip fillers with him and he always knows exactly what I want and what suits my face. I went to Dr Kishan for a few skin issues and problems with teeth grinding and TMJ pain. Dr Kishan was so knowledgeable and kind. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explore my issues. He gave me excellent advice about products and treatment options for my skin. He also performed Botox on my masseter muscle to help with the grinding, and did some baby Botox in a few problem areas around my eyes and forehead. I’m not great with needles but Dr Kishan’s technical skills are fantastic and he really put me at ease and helped me to relax during the treatment. I barely felt any of it! The results were phenomenal. I can’t imagine going to anyone else for further treatments. I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Dr Kishan with needles in my face! He is approachable, professional and experienced. I would highly recommend Dr Kishan to anyone considering treatments

DR Kish is a truly incredible and patient centric clinician. I attended the clinic with concerns around genetic FPHL and have since been prescribed treatment by DR Kish that has literally transformed my life. Honestly, my hair has never been better! This level of service and expertise in this relatively niche area is currently unavailable on the NHS and certainly in my locality. I only wish that more people suffering from hair loss concerns were able to have access to DR Kish as it is seriously underappreciated area of concern for female health. DR Kish is rigorous and diligent in his approach to achieve the best outcome for his patients. If you have any concerns of the health of you hair/scalp... you have to see DR Kish :)
