(Translated by Google) Avoid at all costs. Not even up to a B&B...hotel sold 5 stars on the ACCOR website and barely worth 3...no breakfast room to order the day before otherwise...too bad for you. No hotel surveillance at night. If you arrive after 10 p.m.... you discover on the day of your arrival that it will cost you an extra £12... Check that the room you have had corresponds at least to the one you have reserved and possibly prepaid.. .which was not my case. Without any scruple, I was assigned a lower category room. Very clearly the General Manager has nothing to do with it, nor does ACCOR: I am still awaiting a response sent in December to the Group's General Management. I am also still awaiting compensation for non-compliance with the terms of the sale and an apology (the room I had was in a state worthy of a b&b from the 70s! - I have supporting photos!): stay in date of November 12, 2019 ... after all it is only March 2020 ... (Original) A éviter à tout prix. Même pas à la hauteur d'un B&B ...hôtel vendu 5 étoiles sur le site d'ACCOR et en vaut à peine 3... pas de salle de petit déjeuner à commander la veille sinon... tant pis pour vous. Pas de surveillance de l'hôtel la nuit. Si vous arrivez après 22h ... vous découvrez le jour de votre arrivée qu'il vous en coûtera 12£ de supplément... Vérifiez que la chambre que vous avez eue correspond au moins à celle que vous avez réservée et éventuellement prépayée... ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Sans scrupule aucun, une chambre de catégorie inférieure m'a été affectée. Très clairement le General Manager n'en a rien à faire ni ACCOR non plus : j'attends toujours une réponse adressée en décembre à la Direction Générale du groupe. J'attends également toujours uns compensation pour non respect des termes de la vente et des excuses (la chambre que 'javais était dans un état digne des b&b des années 70! - j'ai des photos à l'appui!) : séjour en date du 12 novembre 2019 ... après tout nous ne sommes qu'en mars 2020...

The room is too old - have to be refurbished. Not a superior room at all! Shower is not working properly, lift doesn't go to the 4th floor, bad wi-fi and poor service. If you have to enter after 23.00 you have to use your key - reception is not working 24/7, that is not what you expect for such price. Location is perfect, breakfast is served in the room and is of good quality.

Excellent five star boutique B&B hotel. Our room, the Garden Suite, came with four poster bed, a large sitting area, plus a large conservatory with fitted kitchen, dining table and chairs, and rattan sofa, chair and coffee table. Also free access to the courtyard garden. Very nice but very due for some refurbishment. Lovely staff, great location.
