It's okay. We were in the pub area to eat, so it's a bit football in there. Food was not as good as places like the Oyster Bed, also in town, and Gunpowder Mill in Faversham. Okay if you're staying in the Premier Inn next door. Maybe restaurant is better. Food : 3/5 | Service : 4/5 | Atmosphere : 3/5 | Location : 4/5 … More

Was pleasantly surprised how good the food was, not overly expensive either, we ate inside and I'm not sure if you can eat outside but there is a nice decked area out the front of the building which would be nice on hot days into the evening, we got there fairly early for the lunch time service but the car park and the various covers throughout the building started filling up fairly quickly, the service was good and we didn't have to wait an age for the food to arrive....another plus point is you get a blue light card discount...overall a decent experience 😀

I felt the waitress service was unacceptable waited 15 min for drinks after order to be taken to be told they only had two sparkling elderflower water rather 3 so I settled for water . One bottle elderflower sparking water was completely flat . Where by staff member said she couldn't understand that as seeled bottles . All four of un tasted and it was FLAT. Waited 50 mins for our food order 3 times when asking staff was we told it's on its way . When questioned the amount of time the waitress was very confrontional saying "we hadn't been waiting that long", however ,I had been clock watching as had appointment to go to . When asked for the bill it was the incorrect amount. The attitude of the staff appalling they didn't even apologise for time of waiting or flat drink . We were one of the first people seated and 2 tables were onto finishing puddings before our mains were brought to table . Won't be coming back !
