The care and compassion that every single team member at The London Vet have shown towards both our cat and to us is second to none. Unfortunately, our very newly adopted cat became quite unwell, and has had to have several complicated procedures. The team at The London Vet have gone above and beyond to support us and our cat throughout this situation, and we feel so reassured knowing we have such a fantastic team supporting us with his ongoing care. The team have acted with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care and compassion to all involved. It has been a huge reassurance to know that our cat is being so well looked after, and is making friends with all of the staff! The London Vet team have made a difficult situation feel much easier, and we are so very grateful to all! We couldn't recommend them more highly.
