I would avoid this centre if I were you. I had MRI scans of my right knee at the London MRI centre in April to investigate the possibility of a possible meniscus tear as recommended by my private consultant at the Spire Hartswood hospital. I subsequently attended a post scan consultancy with him to discuss the results but he told me that the images were of too poor quality to see the meniscus properly. He described them as only 7 out of 10 and has advised me to try another scanning clinic. I subsequently informed the London Upright MRI Centre of my consultant's observations but they are not interested in any feedback. I am now left in the position of going through the entire procedure again elsewhere. I would try Medeserena in Cromwell Road for a better experience. This is not a cheap service and I would expect better images and better follow up as well.

Amazing kind considerate caring staff. Went in for full back scan and was super nervous but they calmed me down. The scan was a breeze ! Cannot recommend this enough if you’re claustrophobic like me

An open MRI is the way forward if even mildly claustrophobic. Very attentive staff who put you at ease and make you feel that your comfort is their priority. No discomfort or feeling hemmed in as in a conventional MRI scanner. I would only consider an open MRI in the future

After many failed standard MRI scans due to claustrophobia, I got referred here for a upright MRI scan. The staff were lovely, and the scan was a million times better than the standard MRI scans! Finally managed to have a full successful scan! Would 100% recommend to anybody. Would happily return there for another when needed.
