After suffering on the NHS for almost a decade, I decided to go private for my health care in terms of my transition. I've never looked back since starting with LTC. The administration team are friendly and kind, and you are greeted by smiles and familiar voices. They will often work above and beyond to help you and inform you. My hormone journey has been easy and understanding, and Mary has done nothing but fight for my rights with the GP and back me up and help me. She is a wonderful lady who cares about her patients, and cares about the health side too. Roberto Fittipaldi and Christina should also get a mention at the fantastic jobs they've done at making me feel at ease and understood and comfortable. They've done everything they can for me. About 11 days ago, I also had gender affirming surgery with Mr Christopher Inglefield, and its changed my life. I am finally free from the shackles of my body, both physically and mentally. He has done nothing but check up on me after surgery, making sure that I am okay and that I am well looked after. The surgery itself is something I'm also incredibly happy with, Mr Inglefield is an artist and this is certainly his art form. I haven't stopped smiling since. I hope the whole team at LTC know exactly how amazing they're doing in this divisive and unfriendly world :) Thank you, Alexander Bates

I have been a patient at the LTC for a couple of different procedures and some initial surgery and hope to get more later. Everyone i have evee dealt with from medical staff, nurses, technicians and reception have been excellent throughout. Its london, and therefore pricy, but it's medical care which is sadly lacking on the nhs for most transgender people. Regaridng a lot of the negative reviews - I think people expect private transgender healthcare to be better, which it should be, but is just as overstretched as the nhs so you need to factor that into expectations. There is still a waiting list for private care, and covid has stretched everything to it's limit.

I’ve visitied the LTC for my hrt therapy and ffs surgery. First of all the hrt process went perfectly and Dr. Mary is very careful of my journey. As for the surgery which was done by Mr. Inglefield and Miss. Berridge, there were no complications and my new face seems to heal my gender dysphoria! Thank you so much for everthing. My only small concern was that I kept on facing potential cancelling for my appointment even though I did everythinh on time and carefully. As a result it was all worth it!

After reading several reviews I can see I am not the only person to have issues getting a full refund from this company. I think this is disgusting. We cancelled the surgery with plenty of time to have a refund and despite promises from staff that the refund was being processed, 5 weeks later we are still waiting. We have emailed to complain and filled in the online 'complaints' form but had no answer. I have been told a manager would be ringing me, but nobody has bothered. They don't answer the phone and ignore all emails. All we get is the pretence that they are waiting for a surgeon to sign an authorisation; it cannot take 5 weeks to get hold of the surgeon! How is it that they can take money from us at 3 hours notice in the middle of the night, but then take 5 weeks, that is 35 days, to find a staff member who can authorise giving it back? Are they just waiting for other customers to give them money in order to use it to pay us back like a pyramid scheme?
