A really impressive service from London Stove Company. Ross was incredibly helpful in all his communication throughout the project. The team arrived on the day and got to work very quickly and efficiently working neatly with no fuss or drama. I really liked the fact that they suggested reusing some of my old stone rather than wasting something perfectly good. He was very helpful in suggesting which stove we should go for. Also impressed by the attention to detail when it came to all the finishing off. I would definitely recommend, such a quick and efficient service and so easy to deal with.

Initially brilliant - we booked a visit back in November and the company was responsive, friendly and attentive. They visited the property and again were friendly and knowledgeable and promised to get a quote to us. Sadly that’s where our experience differs from others. We sent several follow up emails and called multiple times leaving voicemails to follow up. We got radio silence, to the point I actually thought something may have happened to the company because it had all been so positive up until this point. I’ve since seen the London Stove Company posting other installations on Instagram, so they are clearly still operating. We weren’t expecting an immediate response in winter knowing it would obviously be a busy time, but were led to believe we would be fitted in no problem before Christmas, so didn’t bother getting quote from other installers as this had been the best company for our needs. Consequently we went the whole of winter without a stove - frustrating given we decided against other companies that said they could have quoted and fitted us in. We are now in April and haven’t had any response at all; missing one email is one thing, but not replying at all or returning a phone call - even just to say they could no longer fit us in - is unprofessional and rude. Sorry to feel this is necessary as I can relate the all the other reviews saying how great they were in the beginning, but as I haven’t been able to make contact with them since they visited and our time was wasted I don’t feel I’ve been left with any other choice. In response to LSC: Hi Ross - you responded to the initial request for a ballpark quote promptly, and as I said in the original review LSC was excellent. You conducted the site visit, which again was great and you were very knowledgable and friendly, and said you would send us a revised quote now that you knew the specifics of the job at hand. We followed up on this multiple times and this is where the communication dropped from your side. You say that you have not heard from us since but I’m unsure how many times we are supposed to reach out to get a response from you - as you will see in your records I contacted you twice by email after your site visit on 7 and 12 November and my partner also emailed you on 30 November. I’ve also called and left voice messages multiple times, including since the New Year, and did not hear back from you; in short, we did not wait four months to contact you, we have just had radio silence when we have tried multiple times and through multiple channels. A response to any one of them to say you were no longer available would have been appreciated. The tone in the first line of the response to this review is unfortunate; you’re right, 7 days is not a long time to wait for a quote - we have been waiting since November, though, and have tried to make contact multiple times and in multiple ways. Thank you in any case for your time.

Ross knows his stoves! we had one fixed in our kitchen last year and were so pleased with it that we decided to have another one in the living room. We found TLSC professional, on time and of very good advice. We initially chose a stove that we liked 'on look' but Ross refused to install it as it was not a reliable brand. We trusted him to be of good advice. On further inspection, the initial chosen stove had really bad reviews... TLSC work fast, and leave no mess behind. They are friendly and nice to have around.

Ross and his team were excellent - super easy installation and very professional. They left the space clean and tidy and the new burner looks great. We had an issue with ventilation in our room which was causing an issue with the fire and Ross was back on site to resolve for us in the busiest time of the year - great service.

Ross and his team were fantastic. Great information from the outset. Ross came out and surveyed our house/chimney, asked what we wanted and then very promptly gave us a comprehensive quote. He gave us information regarding which stoves might suit our needs best, what was needed exactly for installation, what our options were. The quote was accurate and all timings were stuck to. Fitting was carried out with minimum disruption, they were a very friendly team. Ross gave good info re operating our stove for optimum results and was easily contactable with any questions regarding use after. I highly recommend The London Stove Company as the whole process was easy from start to finish and we are delighted with the results. thank you
