My name is Shun-Yuen Pang, a 73 years old pensioner living in SW8 4XW. Due to the government's ULEZ policy, every time I move my car out on the main road, it costs me £12.50. My little Vauxhall Agila was bought in year 2000 for my daily travel between my home and workplace in not more than 3 miles journey and shopping use, so until now it only has a mileage of 29,449. When I bought it new, I paid extra for air-conditioner, 5 alloy wheels including spare one, fitted electric control windows and a Sony radio/CD players. The car has no dents on it and never hit on anything. If it was not the new policy, I would never consider selling it not because of the good condition but it's a memory of my deceased wife. I contacted scrap my car London at James Town Road in Camden Town, he generously offered me £330 which he speedily paid me to my personal bank account . At that time, I was in my genuine believe that my car was fully workable since the MOT garage sent a driver to collect and drove back a year ago. I could not drive my car because I was warned by the hospital not to do so within 6 weeks of my heart valve replacement operation that was why I could not drive it myself. The car was then parked without using since so I thought everything was okay. When a driver came to lift the car onto the loader, it didn't start up where the driver press me to pay the journey even demanding me to pay him in cash. After telling him that I will directly discuss the matter with Alex which I did, Alex believed me and generously told me that he is not asking me to pay back any money. With Alex's helpful attitude, I really appreciate his action and I wish him every success in his flourishing future business. Thank you Alex, once more.
