I don’t go to the doctors surgery very often, but I must say how amazing the care and treatment I’ve received over the past couple of months has been. The doctors I have seen have been brilliant and the two nurses were both fantastic. It’s difficult to get through on the phone I must admit, but once you do the receptionists are very helpful. Full marks to The London Road Surgery!

Absolutely disgrace .. I waited for a call back waited over four hours no call back, not the first time last time after waiting two hours went down to the surgery I said I've been waiting for a call back for two hours , she said oh ok no explanation.

Absolutely appalling from the carpark where you get a fine if you don't type in your car reg every 30 mins to trying to contact the surgery, being over 30th in the queue to then wait 1 hour and 24 mins to be 11th and cut off!!!

I’ve never had an issue with this doctors, in fact they’ve always been wonderful. Today especially I am so grateful for them. My boy was poorly through the night, so we barely slept. I didn’t get up in time to call when the surgery opened. By the time I spoke to a receptionist the bookings for the day were full. She asked for the symptoms and went to speak to the doctor, the doctor decided she needed to see him so they squeezed him in. Even though this is amid staff shortages and strikes. If they hadn’t it would have definitely been a trip to the hospital as he very much needed antibiotics. I can not praise them enough.
