Wow!! Went to try brunch menu. My picky eater nephew summed it up so appropriately by saying "This place is a rare hidden gem. The food is outstanding ". I agreed. Excellent food, waitress, decor, and presentation. We are already planning to try evening dining trip.

Tried to get me to put 10 to 15 hives in my bit of land that is for pleasure and wildlife. When I said I only wanted a couple and I dont even want the honey ..its for the environment I told them . They then told me to go elsewhere. They have deviated from the original ideals. Tried to turn my paradise of a garden space into a honey factory not to help the environment.

My family and I tried almost all the honey from The London Honey Company. Our favourite is Heather Honeycomb 170G. But, I regret to say that your honey, Ling Heather Honeycomb is no good, When i saw this honey Ling Heather Honeycomb came to your website for sale, I was excited to order it, and that is why i ordered 2 frames. We opened the first frame yesterday and my wife tasted it, i asked is that the greatest honey? '' She said to me: "taste it first, you will see" When I tasted it, I was shocked with the horrible taste, smelling like something dead, horrible smelling coming from honey, when I tasted so bitter and such a horrible smell. I could not eat it. Today I sent some of them to my Mom and Dad. After a few hours they called me, they told me the same. I can't believe how this is possible, I expected the highest quality honeycomb when I ordered it. You really let us down this time.😔

Where do I begin with this fantastic little find... before I do, just to let you know, arch 3 is the main office and not the honey outlet itself, which can be found a few twists and turns away on the other side of the railroad tracks. See pics attached. So, back to the review... upon arriving at the office a group of us were directed to the exact location by staff. This in itself was somewhat of an adventure but added to the excitement and overall satisfaction when eventually found. Street sign posting is available but it's like a treasure hunt in trying to follow directions. Dont worry, it's worth it. When we finally arrived we, or should I say "I" was pleasantly surprised at what I found. I was in honey heaven hahaha, like a kitten with a new fluffy toy. The vast selection of Gods golden nectar of life was all around me, too much and so many varieties to choose from. I just had to snap a few photos for you to see for yourself. Staff on hand "Gemma" was fantastic and very helpful in sharing the history of how it all started, giving taster samples and then securing a well deserved sale for her efforts and to my satisfaction ofcourse when I found just how well priced my favourite sticky flavour some delight actually was. I might have spent a penny more than expected but it was well worth the investment when you consider just how healthy real honey actually is for the human body especially now as the cold and flu season is upon us all. This aids in my body's immune and defenses and so only the best is good enough. So... on a scale from 1 to 10 it goes without saying that I was easily tipping towards a 15. Hahaha. Using GoogleSearch will pose a bit of a challenge if you're unsure about following small print signs and so I trust my pictures will be helpful on this occasion. Enjoy the journey and exquisite taste of the many honey products on offer. The outlet itself is only open once a week on Saturday's so when you go make it a special moment out for yourself, loved one, family or friends. Theres so much to know, learn and explore at this tiny hole hole in the wall but dont let its basic outward appearances or location fool you, it's really a gold mine in disguise for any would-be honey enthusiast. Enjoy yourselves as I enjoyed my first visit. Thank you to Gemma whom just recently started working there, you were most helpful and meeting young George the main man and beekeeper himself for a brilliant insight into the family business really made our visit one to remember as I returned for more yummie honey. Since my original posting last year I'm happy to announce that I've been getting my monthly fill of much deserved deliciousness, this time with a new addition to my collection the 1kg Blossom, which is sweet, fruity and soooooo smooth. Great treat thank you and as always it's such a pleasure seeing loyal long term staff again after the long lockdown whom are always happy for a good chat. Getting myself ready for the winter and I'm all stocked up on liquid gold... for now.
