We bought a flight via Virgin Experince and after a few months of changes (time, location etc) this company has cancelled our booking completely saying they don’t have a fleet of aircraft any more. Very disappointed

I booked a flight costing more than 600 pounds to surprise my girlfriend. In the correspondence with the company I specifically asked whether we are having the correct flight. Guess what, we were put on a 150 pound flight and it turns out on the day of the flight our type of flight never happens. So instead of viewing London's most famous sights we didn't even get to fly close to the city. Since we were several minutes late the company refused to refund the difference. It doesn't matter if we wete late, since the service wasn't the one we paid of in the first place. Horrible experience

It was an absolutely stunning experience in London. The customer service manager, Josh, replied to my thousands of questions before the flight in detail. Thanks. 10 min flight was pretty short but it was enough to see all the magnificent landmarks in London from the sky. The seat configuration of the aircraft was 2 rows x 4 cols but we were fully able to see outside without any inconvenience.

I often go down to Imperial Wharf. Looking across the River Thames you see the helicopters expertly taking off and landing. Soon am going to treat myself and my wife to a nice ride to see London from the vantage point of high up. Apparently you need Photo ID such as a passport or drivers license or similar, this looks like one of those things you just have to do for the fun of it and really looking forward to it.

Noise pollution to the entire city, should be banned. Customers should be aware and ashamed of the direct impact these services have on local residents PS. I live miles away in SE16 - still awful, worst in summer

Paid an extreme amount of money for 15 minutes in the air. Pilot seemed to be rushed. Spent 7.5 minutes getting ready for take off 7.5 minutes for landing. Waste of money. Such a disappointment.
