Use to come here weekly for the dine in special which was usually haddock chips peas/curry sauce and slice of bread and butter and cup of tea/soft drink which normally was 7.99. now I understand the cost of living etc but now it's fish and chips (hake cheap substitute of cod) no bread and butter no drink no peas/curry sauce . We went there tonight and was disgusted at the price once we'd eaten (not actually shown on the board ) £27.40 for hake chips peas and drink. Inflation is one thing but overpricing is something else. I can go too my local chip shop buy 2 regular cod and chips and 2 drinks for 22 quid. Either the London fryer has changed hands not for the better or they've changed supplier hence the excruciating high prices , we will not be returning !!!!

Ordered Cod & Chips was served in 3 minutes...Cod fell to bits and hardly any batter, the chips were warm at best and looked liked they'd been cooked to death. Vile. Never again! Used to be a good chippy, obviously quantity over quality now.

Absolutely good priced food for the amount you get. Forget my burger in my order but we’re so nice about it and offered to deliver it to my house. Great service.
