  I'm so happy with every single aspect of all services provided by The London Fireplaces Ltd, that I don't know where to start from!😁 Communication wise, Agha, one of the owners, gave me a call outside his working hours to have a chat with me to get the initial information about my inquiry. I had already requested a quote from 2 other companies, but it was these guys who showed how much they care about me and about their business by going the extra mile to interest me in their services. An on site survey conducted by Agha followed just s few days after, gave me the news my fireplace is good to go for a stove to be fitted and invited me to his showroom on Kingston Road, South Wimbledon. The place is filled with stunning state of the art stoves that would cater for any customer's needs. Some of the stoves on display are fully functioning and when Agha lit up one of them - the same as the one I ended up buying - I was absolutely mesmerised by the flames! Most importantly, though, I'd like to say how comfortable Agha made me feel about the whole idea of fitting a stove, choosing one and explaining all the details around it. He's a man I felt I could trust from day one and my instincts proved me right! The fitting itself was so intriguing for me! The second owner of The London Fireplaces deals with the fittings and was kind enough to answer the tons of questions I had for him and his colleague Simon. There such a good bunch of people - I never imagined how much fun I'd have with them! It was a rainy day when the fitting was due, but we were lucky enough to have a gap without rain long enough to fit the flue in time. The fitting itself took less than 3 hours and I barely felt when time passed by, was having so much fun witnessing the whole process! Last but not least, Agha came over earlier on today and brought me wooden logs, kindling and natural firelighters - that's what I call a 5 star service! Once again, he went the extra mine, as he came home after his working hours. He's so passionate about his work, it's an absolute pleasure for him to come over just to show me how to correctly start a fire and use the stove safely. The London Fireplaces, you've rightfully earned my 5 star review! Thank you for being there for me and I would recommend you to as many people as I could!🔥

  I have been a customer of the London Fireplaces company in Wimbledon for several years. They installed a modern hole in the wall fire three years ago and regularly service other fires in my house both modern & traditional. Peter the engineer, can always be relied upon. He is the expert at problem resolution. In my experience London Fireplaces have always been quick & efficient in responding to our service requirements and I would highly recommend them.

  Very poor communication from the off. Had to chase two times to get a call back in order to arrange a survey. Agha was late with no apology. A week after the survey, no contact so chased again. Received an email stating they were waiting to hear back regarding a slimline stove and should have the information that evening.... exactly a month on, still no news. Spent my money with someone else.

  The London Frieplaces Ltd certainly deserves 5 stars! We have recently had 2 fireplace mantels fitted, Agha and his team did an excellent job, just outstanding!. Both fireplace areas look beautiful, the workmanship has been completed to perfection. Every little detail was finished to a high standard. I would 100% recommend this company too you. From start to finish we have received a professional service. Thank you for making our countryside cottage look so wounderful.

  Fantastic company, Agha was very attentive and helped create the perfect fireplace exactly how I wanted it. It took only a day to plaster, fit the mantle and the wood burning stove, professionally done to a very high standard. Agha returned after the work was completed to show me exactly how it all works. I would recommend this company to anyone, can't wait for the winter now!
