FAQ

What is your process for sourcing and selecting the coffee beans you roast?

We have a team of experts who travel around the world to find the best coffee beans available. We select the beans based on their quality, taste, and ethical sourcing practices. We work directly with farmers and co-ops to ensure fair prices and sustainable farming practices. We also roast the beans in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

What types of coffee and tea do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of specialty coffees and teas from around the world. Our menu includes everything from classic espresso drinks to pour-over coffee and specialty teas. We also offer seasonal drinks and unique blends that are exclusive to our festival and stores.

What festivals do you organize and what is unique about them?

We organize the London Coffee Festival, which is a four-day event that celebrates coffee culture and the specialty coffee industry. The festival brings together coffee lovers, baristas, roasters, and coffee shops from around the world. It features live music, art exhibitions, workshops, and of course, lots of coffee. What's unique about our festival is that it's not just about drinking coffee, but it's also about learning about the industry, discovering new trends, and meeting the people behind the coffee.

What measures do you take to promote and preserve local culture and traditions during your festivals?

We work closely with local communities and organizations to promote and preserve their cultural traditions during our festivals. We feature local artists, musicians, and food vendors to showcase the unique culture of the area. We also educate our attendees about the history and traditions of coffee production in different regions around the world. Additionally, we partner with local charities and organizations to give back to the community and support their initiatives.

was an amazing experience. I got 2 tickets for VIP pass, at first, I thought it was too expensive. But to be honest when we went there, there was lots of freebies and free coffee and even with vodka. Lots of entertainment, games, coffee tales etc. It was an amazing event too not only coffee drinks, they also introduce products(vegan) posh water in a can which will add dirt and pollution. But it was good!

First visit today, I am planning to return next year. Such friendly vendors. Only thing about the venue is was so hot inside and only one secret garden to take a breather with not much shelter. Air conditioning would have made the experience a lot better. On arrival we were told to wait in line till 1pm next door to then being told to move behind the barriers which was very confusing. We approximately waited half an hour in the rain to be told our line will go inside first as we were already ticket scanned which was originally a lie as the reusable cup holders started going in - most of them were still waiting to be ticket scanned.. Better organisation on the entrance side would have made my experience a lot better which would have resulted in a 5 star review..

Attended today and I’d say the biggest issue was the venue being overcrowded. I don’t mind paying for entry, but if you’re going to do that then atleast limit the numbers to some degree so it’s not so stressful to squeeze your way around. Loud music is the last thing such a crowded place needed too, but luckily it wasn’t everywhere. On the positive side there was lots of manufacturers, roasters and retailers who attended and plenty of free samples on offer. Was it worth the £20? I’m not so sure, would I go again? Yes, if they addressed the overcrowded aspect.

Very rude and arrogant staff asked us to leave, we asked for explanation and the guy just kept shouting at us. Came here at 2022 and spent the whole afternoon here with the ticket, so naturally thought the time on ticket is entry time, if it’s not the entry time, the staff could have communicated this calmly to us instead of just shouting at us and even trying to push me. I don’t understand that why I paid £22 to get this disrespectful experience. I enjoyed the event last year so invited my other friends with me to come this year. I invited my friends together to enjoy a coffee experience but not for this, being shouted and disrespectful. It’s so crowded inside this year and the staff is watching us the way to leave while there are so many other people with the same time slot walking by, is that because we looked like two weak Asian girls and the other are chunky guys? When we were out, there is a long queue outside for entry, maybe don’t oversell your tickets and compromise your experience like this. £22 for a three hour slot and I can barely move inside, hello? Stop robbing people, coming back from Covid is difficult but that’s not the reason to treat people like this.
