Came to hospital 28 of November at 21:00 for help. Was feeling myself very dizzy, big headache, had accident in a train station Old man on the reception even didn’t say hello. Didn’t even ask if I need help. Was busy with calculating money I guess in his head. Not helpful, not polite, just thinking how to take advantage of you and never really want to help you for sure Avoid such places

We went to London clinic for my wife MRI scan. The hospital was absolutely clean and you are greeted by Christina very helpful at the reception. My wife was told straight away to go to Basement 3 for her radiology treatment. The whole experience was very smooth. Anna the outpatient cashier was very helpful and very keen to help. They also have a piano to play on the reception level. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to do MRI scan to visit London Clinic.

Attended an outpatients clinic here in 2021 to donate some PBSCs. It was an excellent experience all round. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and very attentive. Also good to see this between different levels of staff throughout the building. Thank you to the Apheresis team for making it so easy.

Came to the London Clinic to have my gallbladder removed under the care of Mr Bhattacharya. Received a first class treatment throughout and was very well looked after by the excellent team on the 6th floor. Thanks to the theatre team and support staff too for making the process very easy.
