Endocrinology is a total chaos. Simple tasks take several weeks. Nobody is in control. Patients have to call in and follow-up on a daily basis otherwise nothing will be processed. Staff lazy and professor is chaotic. This is the worse private clinic department I have visited in London.

Very bad experience with Endocrinology department. Professor and staff totally uncoordinated. Lost documents, lost reports, no communication. Staff just too lazy to inform patients of vital treatments. Appointments are not kept. A disaster department without any management.

Feb 2021. My partner had an appointment with Mr Cobiella. My partner arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, filled out the paperwork given to him by a clinic administrator. After 45 minutes waiting Mr Cobiella still hadn't shown up and my partner was shown out. Apparently the administration at this clinic had failed to update Mr Cobiella's diary! We later found out Mr Cobiella doesn't taken on carpel tunnel syndrome patients!! The Administration at this clinic is very poorly organised!

My wife booked an appointment with an administrative staff to see an ophthalmologist. The staff booked her for an appointment on a Saturday. When she arrived, they said “you’re booked with a pediatrician”. They then informed her the ophthalmology clinic is closed on Saturdays. They better not charge for an appointment they made in error. They also recommended my wife to go to an NHS. Are you joking me? We don’t even have the time to go as we are getting ready to go on holiday. What kind of hospital makes this big of an error? We already waited a week to get her to see a doctor and now we have to wait even longer to try to get another appointment.
