Therapist Malika used other professionals statements / opinions as part of her assessment without witnessing events herself documenting this as fact this resulted in less than beneficial outcomes for the child!!! Then did not make herself available to discuss despite the impact this had on a 6 year old child.

Very poor front desk. Tried to book assessment without having the availability for consultations. Loss of time.

Our son absolutely loves coming to see Vicky at The London Children’s Practice, and thoroughly enjoys the highly engaging sessions with her. Although it’s early days for him, we feel we are already seeing huge improvements.

We have used this facility for the past 3 years for my son for speech therapy. With the onset of lockdown due to Covid-19, I was incredibly concerned that therapy would stop and then my son would regress hugely. Having spent years getting him to where he was - we were very concerned. With the sudden changes brought on in mid March - pulling him out of school with no notice and then moving him away from his home in London to a place in the countryside - his talking ability dropped drastically within two weeks. The support we received, from Vicky in particular, was outstanding. Immediately we were offered remote zoom sessions. Initially I was hesitant, how would a 5 year old cope with therapy on a screen? Vicky was amazing - all the games, books and other tools from normal sessions were there and made our son feel relaxed. It took a couple of weeks to adjust - but now he is a pro! He has regained all that was lost in those few early weeks and is now beginning to improve as well. If you are at all concerned with how remote therapy can work, don’t be! It’s great.
