I was very happy with the candles and gift hampers purchased from the London Bee Company. For the gift hampers it was easy to customise them to make Christmas gifts unique for different family and friends. Communication was great, staff were very polite and helpful and delivery of my purchases was quick. The properly suspension is a much more fun way of consuming propolis then pill form :) The honey I bought was great quality, a rich taste and a great gift for friends and my own family I highly recommend The London Bee Company

Really enjoyed this! A three hour experience including honey tasting, a tour of the hives and an opportunity to ask all the bee related questions you could ever want. Nice diverse group and interesting to do something completely different on a Saturday. Sam really passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely non-existent customer service... bought two gift vouchers for their beekeeping experience. It was supposed to be a birthday present, hoping I would get the vouchers via email in a few days and have them ready for the birthday. One week later I don't have any kind of indication from the company that I am going to receive those gift vouchers. After numerous emails sent to them and even a phone call, I got the vouchers when I requested to cancel and get a refund. Now the big wait begins to get my money back. Giving two stars only because I have bought honey from the company and it's absolutely amazing!
