London Alcove created two custom bookcases for my Bloomsbury apartment. I am especially pleased with the floating one over the sofa that holds lots of books while not taking up any space. Both bookcases were designed to harmonize with my existing furniture. The process from design to installation was smooth and everyone I dealt with at London Alcove was unfailingly courteous and responsive.

I am happy to report this company does brilliant simple installations too. I am very pleased with the installation of the alcove shelves by David and Laia, and the finishing of the shelving. These seem very solidly installed, with a nice finish. The quote process and reference designs before installation were very clear. Communicating with Laurie I found she was swift and professional. I would certainly be willing to use this company again. An important note is that The London Alcove Company were the only company who replied with an actual quote* to my (simple) request for three 54mm thick alcove shelves in Clapham. *Two other companies replied and said the job was too small and would not be cost effective. Another company started replying and then stopped responding via WhatsApp. Most companies did not reply at all. Thanks very much to all the team. Keep up the good work. Service: Installation
