Don't waste your money. Absolutely atrocious service. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and had to leave as it arrived. They admitted to taking too many walk ins and not enough staff. It's airport, everyones going somewhere and don't have time to wait. We didn't get our arrival drink, there was no milk in the coffee machines, we got told we were only allowed one prosecco then had to change drinks. Just all round a terrible experience.

Very disappointed 😞 Ideal to just walk in for drinks and find a quiet spot . Wished I had ! I booked food and drinks the website sells but didn't deliver. no champagne on arrival , no cocktails either, we were seated and offered drinks this was fine . FOOD :: what can I say soup was half a cup full mains was a starters plate so you can imagine the size the quantity was an absalout insult. I got less than a very small slice of salmon with two brown pieces of bread and garnish . the food side was nothing like is shown on site . It all sounded to good to be true and it was. Dessert not much of a choice ended up with cheese two tiny squares with two crackers absalout insult. Staff were lovely, better to walk in for drinks forget about the food .

“First Class” professional reception and service from all of the team at The Lomond Lounge. On arrival we were shown to our table by an extremely pleasant member of staff, who introduced us to our waitress “Rachael” who could teach other hospitality staff within various parts of the airport, the actual meaning of the word “Hospitality” Rachael really is a credit to this establishment ! The only negative point I could raise, would be the “portion sizes” are on the small side and could in fact be larger, which would represent better value for money ! I can highly recommend The Lomond Lounge as the experience is a fine way to spend a few pre flight hours ! Well Done ….!

Champagne on arrival, pretty good menu and portion sizes that are just right. 4 further alcoholic drinks or unlimited soft or tea & coffee. Smiley Rachael was a great member of their staff. Nothing was too much for her. The last 10 or so times I have been through Glasgow I have normally got a pizza and a beer in the departure area but that costs around 25 quid so for an extra tenner I would rather the exclusivity of a peaceful & stylish lounge so in future it is the Lomand lounge for me.
