I was enjoying coffee and Turkish delights at The Lokum Factory in Cascades, until a new employee (a guy) started working. Last week, my daughter and I ordered hot chocolate, Turkish coffee, and Turkish delights. I saw that the weight of the sweets on the scale was lower than expected, which left me with a bitter taste. I had no appetite to argue over £0.50, but this is not serious. Obviously, there are other coffee shops.

We really enjoyed our beverages break at the Lokum during our two hour shop: a unique blend of tempting confectionery and standard Cafe fare. I recommend the healthy "dark" hot chocolate; without reservation. Right outside plenty of big brand retail action in Cascades. Definitely a credible alternative to the "big" coffee houses: looking forward to our next visit.
