I was offered a night shift role which was 27 miles from my home address , I was told to buy steal toe cap boots which cost £38 When I got to culina ltd in Haverhill after driving 27 miles they said they wasn’t recruiting for nights ONLY DAYS So I’m now £58 out of pocket due to fuel I called logistics to ask what was going on they hung the phone up and then didn’t answer any of the 2 numbers I had for them They had a manager call me and try to butter me up he said he will talk to the warehouse and get back to me but he still didn’t get back to me and hasn’t offered any sort of compensation Also i turned down 2 other job opportunities leading up to this one due to liking the sound of this role I’m not sure how they think this is acceptable messing with peoples life’s but they have taken £58 out of my children’s mouths!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS ISNT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked for LP as field manager, honestly? If you read this please do not work for them, I can speak for both warehouse sites I covered, it is not managed properly, clients are not their priority-numbers are. Clients I work with would happily not have them there at all. You think you matter to them as an employee? You don't, unless you do as you're told. If you would like to get genuine experience in recruitment avoid this agency at all cost. As an agency worker you will receive great support on site from field managers, but as far as getting things done in head office that is on most occasions not as easy task as you would think it is. Your opinion doesn't really matter. It's what your boss wants regardless of what your client wants.

Is anybody ever get job from them??? They are very active on facebook but there is no actual work I'am apply, manage to pass all that procedure to registered and everything, and now in last 6 weeks didn't have single one shift... not one They say it's AD HOC, that's mean there is no work but we will keep you in system if something show up Fake agency with fake ad's for fake jobs

Went for registration at great bear factory 26-1-23 where I'd applied for the position through the agency. Never received a phone call or anything with a start date until last Tuesday 14/03/23. I was then apologised to and said that I could go for induction Monday 20th March at 9am. On Friday 17th March I had an email confirming my booking yet 20 mins later received another to say shift cancelled. I have sent 4 messages since that day on Whatsapp which have been read and ignored. Extremely dissatisfied with how I've been treated and wouldn't recommend this agency even if they was the only one in the UK!!!!!!!

Time wasting they called me 2 days in a row to say that I have a shift in the morning and when I got there and after 40 minutes they say I don’t have any shifts booked and got send home which is 45 minutes drive don’t recommend TIME WASTERS.
