From day one it all went well,when they did come to finding problems they worked it out and kept us informed. When the fitters were throwing the rubbish out they came accross one that they thought was not to be with the rubbish.A fitter brought it down to us and we were so grateful as it was very sentimental to us,and yes it was our mistake of leaving it in the loft.
