If I could give this surgery a minus score I would. Twice I've used the online prescription order system on behalf of my mother and it's not been picked up, and 10 days later after a Bank Holiday I have to phone the order in again to be told it'll be another 48 hours til they can send it because there aren't enough Doctors. Absolutely appalling!!! Good job these medications were not a matter of life or death!!!

Arrive late because of very heavy traffic. I called ahead and they said it was fine. I arrived, I sat and waited. Doctor then turned me away because they were too busy and me being 15 minutes late would throw their whole day off. It was me and one other person in the waiting room... no one else came or left in the 15 minutes I sat there. I explained I had a lump and pains in my abdomen that the hospital had referred me to my doctor to be looked at because they don't know what it is... They didn't care. Rebook an appointment they said. Whilst I'm sitting in an empty waiting room.... Ill be moving doctors. They have just called me to cancel the telephone call I was meant to have because I missed the face to face appointment they turned me away from. They just simply don't care.

I would have given 0 star for this surgery! But the one will do for now, maybe just for the odd GP that has been lovely and helpful. As for the receptionists, rude, rude, rude!! They definitely all wake up grumpy, you can sense the eye rolling on the other end of the line, when you eventually get through that is. Today it took me 56 minutes and 12 seconds to get through just to be turnt away and told to ring the 111 service. Passing on the pressure to a service who deal with a whole nation, well done to 111 though I got through straight away and my issue was sorted within 30 minutes. At this dangerous surgery all you hear is they're fully booked!!! Getting a prescription is near impossible and being seen even worse. I haven't been seen since before the COVID pandemic. I've been at the lodge for 28 years and I would tell everyone how amazing they were, but now I tell people to find a GP surgery that will actually listen to you!! The unnecessary stress that they've caused me over the past couple of years is insane. Mainly the rudeness from the receptionist and lack of duty care! It's a fulltime job just to get what you need, I myself have major health issues that they have no compassion to help me with. I had a very rude GP last week Tuesday tell me "why didn't I call Monday, why did I leave it so long" I couldn't believe the audacity of her words, bit my tongue and kindly responded that I had phoned Monday but was turnt away after calling dead on 8am and finally being spoken to at 8:34am just to be told all appointments had been taken. Just to bare in mind I should flag up as "priority" on they're system, even there automated system says we will give appointments to urgent calls (yeah right). I understand the NHS is under pressure, as I also work for them, but I've never lost my empathy to help others, where as this place has! They all need constant training maybe first start off with people skills!! As of today I will be saying goodbye forever to this ridiculous surgery. Someone needs to call CQC and report these people and get it shut down. #PeaceOut
