Miss Sarah-Jane is a truly inspirational teacher, that nurtures every child to reach their full potential as well as nurturing their passion for dance. Their dance skills have transformed immensely from being in a "regular dance school" to a truly professional "vocational" school. My daughters have both grown in confidence enormously since being at The Lodge, and also have the pleasure of having an amazing group of like-minded supportive friends there. I have no doubt that my children will leave this dance school at 18 ready for a leading Performing Arts School, should that be their wish. If your son or daughter wants to actually go into dance as a profession then this is the right place for them!

I owe my entire professional career to Miss Sarah. I came to her when I was 13, and I know that it was her passion, knowledge and exceptional teaching that won me scholarships to Dance & Musical Theatre colleges. Most dance schools have a separate teacher for each discipline (ballet, tap, jazz etc). Miss Sarah was my ballet teacher, my jazz teacher and my tap teacher, because she is at the top of her profession in every genre. The dedication, belief and energy she gives to every one of her pupils is unbelievable. She puts her heart and soul into her students and her classes. And you only have to look at The Lodge's exam results, and the success rate in getting her students in to full-tine professional colleges, to see the level of dancers that she produces. I am proud to have been trained by her, and am proud to put The Lodge School Of Theatre Dance in the programme of every West End show I have done. And more than the dancing, she taught me the discipline, respect and motivation that I carry with me to this day.

Miss Sarah-Jane's professionalism, experience and dedication to her pupils translates into outstanding results. Having danced at the Lodge and with Miss Sarah-Jane Bullock for almost 15 years, I highly recommend this school to any dancer that has a love for the art. This school has been like a second home for me and I have meet so many amazing people because of it. One of which being Miss Sarah herself. Her dedication, passion, professionalism and breadth of knowledge makes her a one of kind teacher and one that I am privileged to learn from. The opportunities provided by this school are endless, some of my personal highlights are having achieved top marks in advanced exams, performing at the Royal Albert Hall and other West End stages as well as performing for friends and family in our showcases. Miss Sarah has taught me so many valuable life skills that can be taken into the performing industry as well as general life. This is an incredible dance school that any person thinking of dancing must attend.

Miss Sarah-Jane Bullock is an amazing teacher who I am very grateful to have been taught by for over 14 years. Every lesson Miss Sarah gives 110%, encouraging all her students to do the very best they can. This is shown through the outstanding results achieved throughout all grades and style of dance. She is an extremely compassionate teacher whom manages to create a very professional yet positive and friendly atmosphere within her dance school. To me, it has become more of a family in which I am proud to be apart of. Without her, I never would have reached the advanced level I am at and could not ask for a better teacher.
