The worst escape room to date out of ten we've tried. Super easy puzzles mostly placement puzzles. Competed in half time . Very friendly staff though.

We did Case 47 game today. At £27.20 (including fee) each person it was Incredibly expensive for what it was. Not enough effort had gone into the games or effects compared to others we had just played in Prague that cost just over £18 each. The member of staff was good though.

Took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday do. I was unsure but they had the most amazing time. It was well priced and they had so much fun. Ervin was an amazing host who I really felt sorry for having to deal with a massive group of screaming girls, but he was really really good, very patient and very helpful. It was funny watching it all unfold and he guided them through when they got stuck. Thanks for hosting !

Did the agent 47 escape room and not only did we all come out with bruises on our legs but the room hadn't been reset properly so the lock to the last Clue wasn't on and we found it straight away so Could have left the room immediately ruined the whole thing

Such a great experience doing the Hannibal room. Needed a few pointers, they only gave hints not answers which was good. The host was lovely and very helpful. Well worth the money.

Booked an escape room experience for myself an kids via Groupon. On first booking we turned up and the place was closed. After a half hour wait and not being able to reach anyone using their phone number, we went to CenterVR and they reached the manager. He confirmed they had overlooked the booking but he would be back in 2 hours if we wanted to wait. Not being possible we dragged ourselves back to Bournemouth the next weekend. Having bought a Groupon voucher they can’t accept to book via website so I paid a second time for the booking. They confirmed at the time they would sort the Groupon voucher out, but 1 week later they still haven’t gotten back to me despite repeated emails. Very, very frustrating. Reasonable escape room. Zero consideration and care about Customers.
