My wife and I took our two boys 19 and 14 to The Locked Door for The Heist game. I'm the only one who had ever done an escape room before and I'd only been once so basically complete newbies. Jesper our host was excellent we arrived early but he let us start straight away after a run through of how it all worked. The game was fine challenging but not too challenging for amateurs like us. Jesper posted hints as required when we did get stuck on a monitor on the wall to keep us right. Would definitely recommend. The whole process was easy to arrange and exactly as promised, staff great and parked onsite.

We're just home after a smashing afternoon at Locked Door Escape rooms. Our family team ages ranged from 7-67 and we all loved it! We did the Enchanted Forest and it was a challenge, but our fabulous Gamesmaster, Olivia, was keeping an eye on us and letting us know when we were on the right track or off on a tangent. For those of you old enough to remember the Crystal Maze, it was like an hour of that. We will be back to try other adventures, it's pitched and paced just right to keep you engaged. Thanks to team Locked Door; you're great!

The Heist was excellent. Very enjoyable and about the right level for us. We needed a fair bit of prompting to get it done but completed in 69 minutes. Our games master knew how long to leave us to scratch our heads before chipping in with some tips.

We had an office team builder here. Online booking was very straightforward and the communication was very good from the team at the locked door. Our host for the evening was very friendly and enthusiastic. Did an excellent job of explaining the objectives and everything about what was to come. We did "the heist" and the " enchanted forest" both very challenging but extremely good fun and we got out in under an hour. Everything was very well thought out. I would recommend this for an hour or so entertainment.

Absolutely loved it!! We went on Saturday to the Raiders room, we sadly didn't complete the room in time. We did not want to be defeated so we returned today and completed the room with 23 minutes to spare!!! Our host Nik was so welcoming, lovely and encouraging. He really helped make it so amazing. We loved it so much we're going back to conquer another room on Saturday, that will be our third visit in one week! Highly recommend it!!
