First-class service and advice! When the 26-year old multipoint lock on our front door failed/jammed in the locked position I dreaded what was to come - I needn't have! Geoff was extremely helpful in advising me on the selection and installation of the correct replacement lock. His prices are very competitive too, and the lock arrived this morning – just over 24-hours from ordering. I have now completed the installation and we are very happy with the result. It took a little fettling to realign the striker plates for the wider deadbolts but altogether far less trouble than I expected. Geoff's service was quite above and beyond the call. Highly recommended. Peter.

If you want half-decent security or need to go beyond the bog standard options sold in the big sheds, locks can become a tricky proposition fairly quickly! Fantastic customer service from Geoffrey from LSW. I started out ordering a few things online, then thought I'd call with a question. . . Geoffrey ended up walking me through the measurement process for two sets of locks (which was more complex than I imagined). So helpful through the entire process. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

Great service, they went out of their way to find an unusual combination of keyed alike locks for me. Furthermore, one of my locks ended up having a very rare fitting that the supplied lock could not fit. Geoffrey went above and beyond by identifying, sourcing and posted me out the part I needed to swap out in just a few days. Many thanks.

Brilliant service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently had an issue with a victorian lock that no one local could fix.
