I had booked an appointment for today for 4 letters and a heart in memory of my granddaughter s 18th birthday Lila♡. I felt really ill yesterday morning so did a covid test which was positive so I text Ryan 25 hours before my appointment today to re-arrange to be told I would lose my deposit but re book when feeling better. This is their terms and conditions to give 7 days notice!, I'm afraid flu covid tonsillitus and many more ill nesses don't give 7 days notice there on their way and I'm sure many people will have lost more than my £25 deposit. This company have justified why they need 7 days notice to me but there are always grey area s and really 7 days notice for 4 letters and a heart.

Tried to ask for help. They seemed scared of me and only had the door ajar when they opened. Didn’t help or seem to care. I just wanted to know if they could take out a piercing. Their reply was angry. Not welcoming or friendly at all.
