This is my go to shop for flowers. Jane and mandy did all my wedding flowers and they were gorgeous!! Nothing was to much trouble and I was always changing my mind , if I annoyed them they certainly didn't show it!! They were both so lovely & helpful, nothing was to much trouble. They very recently did the flowers for my father's funeral & once again Outstanding!!

I'd give no stars if I could. By no means is this review aimed at Jane as she is lovely. However the other lady that works within the store 'Mandy' I am absolutely appalled by her customer service. Never have I been spoken to by anybody the way she has just spoken to me for absolutely no apparent reason. When entering a store to purchase items it isn't everyday you expect to get into a disagreement and be swore at by the staff. Disgusting unprofessional behavior and I will be sure to let any of their customers know.
