Placed an order January 2020 for my wedding in June 2020 which was cancelled due to covid, rearranged delivery for November 2020 and never received the lollipops. Contacted customer service December 2020 and was told the order would be dispatched the same week and here we are 2 years later wondering how such inconsiderate and fraudulent people can still be in business🙂

DO NOT USE. I made my order for my wedding in January 2020 but had to postpone it indefinitely due to Covid in which I cancelled my order. At the time I was told I would get a refund but they wouldn't be able to give it to me straight away which I understood given the pandemic however 2 years later and I STILL haven't received my money back despite being promised several times I would. I've been spun every excuse and promise under the sun "you're top of the list for a refund" "give us a couple of months" "we will refund you asap" and now just being ignored by them. I've read similar reviews so clearly they do this a lot. They are liars, extremely unprofessional and time wasters. Avoid them at all costs.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order in October 2021. Order was cancelled within the time frame to be able to receive a refund. Communication is the worst I have ever experienced. I have sent many emails I have had one reply on the 10th of January stating a refund would be processed asap. I still haven’t received this. I have tried to phone they have answered the phone once and said they would phone back which never happened. The products look beautiful but their customer service is awful and really lets them down.

Absolutely gorgeous lollipops. We had so many compliments from the guest on the look and the taste! I would buy from here again. The perfect finishing touch for our wedding, and the company were very communicative and helpful all the way throughout, despite the order having to be moved umpteen times due to Covid delays on the wedding date. Order arrived in plenty of time for the wedding too. Thank you!

This family company went above and beyond for me during covid and moving our order 3 times. Our lollipops were amazing - fantastic quality, tasted amazing and shipped out quickly.
