5⭐️!! I recently completed a Classic Lash Course with Bianca and what an experience it was. Bianca made me feel at ease the whole time, and was so professional without being patronising. Her knowledge and understanding of lashes is incredible. I left her gorgeous salon feeling on top of the world -as well as qualifying as a Lash Tech (!!) I feel as though I have infinite support & I have found a friend in Bianca. Couldn't recommend TLLC enough. Thank you girl💕

Honestly can't recommend Bianca enough! Every two weeks I am in for my hybrid lashes, they're perfect every time! I've tried lots of different places over the years and she is by far the best. This is the WORST salon I have ever been to in my whole life! did a lash extension course and the owner is just completely self obsessed. Unprofessional is a understatement! Waste of money! Speaks to everyone in the room like dirt shouting vile things! Called one lady “thick” and spoke about herself the whole time. No refreshments provided as stated Do not use this salon. Very unprofessional…. If you going there expect these will be ➡️Dropping untensils next to the head few times, pinching the eye lids throughout the treatment with sharp tools, using mobile phone before treatment, during treatment and straight after treatment 😂 lack of communication skills and arrogance … and also not getting what you asked for at all. It’s all about standards… for some people it’s okay, for some it’s absolutely a no no. I been to many lash technicians and for me this was the worse experience so far. The one in Hagley road and jewellery quarter is 100 time better. At least you getting what you asked for. I think she need a bit more training on customer service and also performance. The decoration nice though. But it’s not all about you sweetheart… it’s about the customers and they paying you for the treatment, you not doing it free as you act 👍🏻 good luck though Service: Eyelash extensions

Bianca is a Lovely girl who you can have a chat with while she works her magic on your lashes.....or she will happily let you sleep if you prefer (I've fell asleep a couple of times 🤭) I've been to a few lash techs but always come back to Bianca as her work is perfection and the lashes she uses are such a natural feel and look. The shop itself is comfortable and pretty too. Highly recommend

Very high quality service and lashes, the best I've experienced by a mile due to lots of different reasons: Super easy to book online and view all of the time slots available. Gorgeous salon, sparklingly clean, great playlist, no interruptions so you can relax on the heated bed and drift off, especially as its so relaxing how Bianca works so smoothly and intricately, which you can tell when you see the results. Super fine lashes, meticulous application so you can detect literally no glue. When I had last minute lashes at a different place, I found they looked quite plastic and shiny in flash photography. But you get what you pay for here in a set that is so full and fluttery rather than over the top and clumpy, and the lashes are soft rather than synthetic. Really appreciate the skill and finer details making the difference. High impact for the right reasons. Will encourage my sister to go for her wedding lashes.
