It was absolutely fantastic! We will definitely go there again if we are in the area. We were on holiday in Crowne Plaza Hotel and had just a walk around by the river Thames on our first day and spoke to the staff which were so supportive and gave us honest answers for all our questions and they gave us tips what is the best to avoid disappointment when planning a trip. Next day we have rented rowing boat and it was amazing. Last time I was rowing it was 30 years plus ago so it wasn't easy for me and my slightly overweight body. LOL We have paid only for one hour so we have set up the alarm for 30mins and I was constantly rowing for 30mins against the stream and after 30mins we have turned around and went back with the stream which was easier as stream was helping but as I was tired already after constant rowing against the stream we have just made it on time. Next time we will take 2hrs and that will give me a chance to rest time to time and we will have a chance to reach the lock which was impossible this time. But it was still fun and we have enjoyed it. Just the little warning for you, take some old or dark colour t-shirt as from life jacket (supplied by them) my white t-shirt was red after the trip.

Great fun but limited time on boats due to locks if you want an hour of fun on a boat this is very good value and a excellent way to spend an hour.
