I am disgusted with Little Gem Buses, Last week a Little Gem driver told me that Little Gem would cover all the 281 journeys until the Arriva bus drivers return to work, but it looks like the 281 is only running alternate days, and when I tried to phone Little Gem to discuss the situation, nobody answers the phone.

The 151 drivers that runs through Newton Heath this morning around 9am was too in a hurry to notice that passengers were at the bus stop waving him to stop and pick us up.He refused to stop despite the fact that we ran to him at the front. These drivers need to be checked and taught customer service.Some are so rude and behave anyhow ,maybe they feel they can do anything they Lime and get away with it.Customers have no say despite the fact that we pay money to get out tickets. It's really unfair to us your daily customers and you really need to change.
